About Us:
Our Early Intervention programs proudly offer specialized services to families with children from birth to 3 years old who are experiencing developmental delays or are at risk for such delays. Our core mission is to empower families through education, training, and support, fostering the growth and learning of their children. We deliver top-notch services in home environments, dedicated early intervention centers, and community settings.
Position Availability:
Full Time, Part Time, and Fee-For-Service positions available.
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000
Job Responsibilities:
Display comprehensive knowledge of infant-toddler developmental milestones. Adopt a parent coaching model to enhance family engagement. Engage in screenings, assessments, and facilitate child and parent groups as part of a collaborative trans-disciplinary team. Deliver home-based interventions to families within the designated service area. Collaborate with community partners to ensure a seamless delivery of services, including working closely with childcare providers, medical professionals, social service agencies, and specialists for children with additional needs such as autism or hearing/vision impairments. Coordinate services for your assigned families, including the development, monitoring, and review of the Individual Family Service Plan.
Qualifications:
Current licensure as a Physical Therapist by the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Allied Professional Health. A minimum of two years of pediatric experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, Adobe, and Office365 including Outlook, OneDrive, and Teams. Ability to effectively utilize technology including computers and smartphones. Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
