About the Role
Join us as the Head of Growth, leading the expansion of our healthcare staffing and workforce solutions. In this pivotal role, you will guide our growth teams across sales, customer success, and marketing while shaping strategies for rapid advancement. Your mission will involve devising and implementing a dynamic business development growth strategy, ensuring a unique market presence. Leveraging your expertise in healthcare workforce management and tech-enabled services, you will drive growth and seek new client and partnership opportunities. You will manage, mentor, and evaluate sales, marketing, and strategic client service teams, establishing effective sales processes and operational metrics that promote scalability. We are looking for candidates with a proven record of executive sales leadership in the healthcare staffing sector, as well as a strong grasp of technology platforms and VMS. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of senior executive experience in health tech, enterprise software/SaaS, or tech-enabled businesses, complemented by a required Bachelor's degree. We seek a strategic, results-oriented leader with a genuine passion for innovation and growth. Please note this role will involve approximately 50% travel.
