Senior Payroll Consultant Location: Grandview Heights, OH A leading chemical manufacturing company in Grandview Heights, OH, is seeking a Senior Payroll Consultant with extensive end-to-end payroll experience for a long term consulting opportunity. This role involves managing payroll processes within a Center of Excellence (COE) that supports five business units, handling approximately 27 payrolls monthly for 1,500 employees . Key Responsibilities: Manage and process end-to-end payroll, including time and attendance, earnings and deductions, gross-to-net calculations, and statutory deductions. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and laws. Handle payroll across multiple schedules (weekly, biweekly, semi-monthly) and some union environments. Maintain confidentiality and the integrity of payroll data. Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related issues, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Collaborate with HR teams to support payroll, benefits, recruiting, and HRIS functions. Qualifications: 5 + years experience in full cycle payroll accounting.
