Parking and Valet Operations Supervisor
Job Description
The Parking and Valet Operations Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring that our services meet the highest company standards while fulfilling contractual obligations to our valued customers within established labor and expense budgets.
Shift: 2nd Shift, 11am to 7:30pm
Pay: $20 - $25/hour
The listed pay is an hourly rate range for this position. Specific offers will be based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve budget goals for supplies and labor during each quarter. Supervise and lead the staff effectively. Maintain adherence to contract specifications. Ensure high service quality for clients and the company. Conduct safety audits. Provide job counseling and issue disciplinary actions as needed in collaboration with the Human Resources Business Partner or Manager. Review work nightly and submit completion reports. Assign tasks to team members based on job requirements or special requests from customers. Train new hires and support ongoing training for current employees in operational methods and safety practices. Conduct daily quality control inspections. Assist with safety program compliance in partnership with Branch Safety Coordinators. Employ effective personnel management techniques to resolve staff-related issues. Ensure compliance with all state, federal regulations, and company policies. Determine material, supply, and equipment needs. Perform additional duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in managing teams. Experience in parking or valet operations is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must fulfill requirements to obtain an airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal.
