Responsibilities:
Offer clinical supervision to Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in implementing ABA therapy services.
Create and execute personalized treatment plans for clients with autism in partnership with the treatment team.
Conduct assessments, evaluations, and monitor progress to ensure client goals are achieved.
Maintain thorough and precise records of client progress and therapy sessions.
Collaborate closely with professionals including psychologists, occupational therapists, and speech therapists to provide comprehensive care.
Stay informed about industry advancements, best practices, and evidence-based treatments to enhance service delivery.
Engage in staff training and development initiatives to broaden knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential.
Experience in ABA therapy or a related field is a plus.
In-depth understanding of ABA principles, theories, and methods.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively prioritize tasks.
Flexibility to accommodate various schedules, including part-time and full-time shifts.
