Job Title
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conduct credit investigations and review pertinent documentation.
- Make and maintain direct contact with vendors, manufacturers and lessees.
- Perform daily computer entry of lease documentation.
- Responsible for billing, processing and lease setup.
- Type correspondence related to all transactions.
- Answer the phone. Answer frequent messages and returning calls to vendors and lessees.
- Calculate buyouts and upgrades.
- Respond to vendors and lessees' questions and concerns.
- Process purchase orders to vendors, if needed.
- Create and send letters needed for booking.
- Prepare lease documents for presentation to lessees. Follow-up for executed documents.
- Screen customers and vendors against OFAC and other government lists.
Required Skills:
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good math skills. Ability to compute lease rates and calculate percentages.
- Working knowledge of PC/Windows environment. Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs helpful. Able to learn new and customized computer programs.
Required Experience:
- Two year college degree and a minimum of two years' customer service or related experience.
- Four year college degree preferred.
