Dealership Accounting Receptionist
Job Description
J.B.A. Chevrolet is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist to join our team! The Receptionist will handle a multi-line phone system, interact with customers, staff, and guests, and manage various administrative tasks essential to the dealership's success. This position is Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, with an hour lunch break. One Saturday a month is required, with a day off during that week. About Us:

Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel Receipt cash and other funds Store and track owner's manuals for all new vehicles Distribute, log, and maintain dealer tags for exchanges and E-Z Pass Enter, log, and maintain new vehicle files (both paper and electronic) Manage fuel distribution via automated fuel pump and track usage Oversee and train part-time receptionist Distribute and log customer license plates as needed Scan documents into software Data entry Check deals into the office Pull contracts to be sent to financial institutions Verify funds and create bank deposits Handle special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
Preferred Skills:
Cash handling experience Good understanding of basic mathematical concepts Data entry MS Office experience Switchboard/multi-line phone system experience Ability to multitask Self-starter with good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently or with a team Strong written and verbal communication skills Professional appearance and neat work area
Pay is commensurate with experience. Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, 401K) are available after the probationary period.
