Responsibilities include, develop, and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy to evaluate the performance and compliance of various programs and services within the Placement Division Executive Office. - Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement, track trends, and develop action plans to address issues. - Develop, maintain, and update quality standards, benchmarks, and indicators to measure program and service effectiveness. - Prepare detailed reports on quality assurance findings and recommendations. Communicate results to the Executive Team and other relevant stakeholders. Provide training and guidance to staff on quality assurance best practices and assist in the implementation of necessary changes. Work Location: 33 Beaver Street. Hours/Schedule: 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday. Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university and four years of progressively responsible experience, including one year at the administrative or managerial level in a large governmental agency, business firm, civic or community organization operating in the area of social services; or 2. Build and maintain customer relations for your assigned accounts Work with VP of Sales to identify and develop new sales and customer opportunities Achieve sales quotas for Consolidated, Kunkle, Continental Disc, Groth Tank Vents and Flame Arresters, Masoneilan Control Valves.

Support customers on testing and VR repair of pressure relief valves as well repair or upgrades on control valves, gate, globe, check and actuator repairs. Communicate an advanced/expert level of understanding of our products and services to our existing and potential new accounts. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of outside sales experience. Bachelor's degree in sales, communications, or related field.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data. Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills. Excellent active listening skills. Strong communication connection skills. Persistence in overcoming skepticism, indifference, and objections from potential customers. 5+ years of sales experience in the MRO market preferred. Physical Demands:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Able to travel 50% of the time.
