Your "Take Off" will be successful by doing the following with excellence: Supervises and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on all phases and aspects of project development and execution on time and within budget and scope. Leads projects by identifying and implementing solutions that will support improvements or growth; sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress of IT projects. Lead and manage with agile methodologies. Help drive agile thinking into the organization and manage projects accordingly. Maintains current and accurate records in accordance with policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines in a timely and accurate manner. Leads projects and complex initiatives; identifies and implements solutions that support improvements or growth, and plans, manages, and achieves project milestones and quality, customer satisfaction, budget and profitability targets. Prepares detailed project plans and business requirements, traceability matrices, test plans, project updates, business process diagrams, and other deliverables necessary to support the project. Executes disciplined approach and standards for project communications, organizational change management, resource planning and issue resolution processes to ensure success. Coordinates and interfaces with business units, technology services, and other key stakeholders to investigate, define, develop, and implement business solutions after completing comprehensive business analysis in support of project work. Salary range for this position is $100,000.00 - $120,000.00. The offered salary is evaluated using internal equity, job knowledge, skills, experience, and other key factors.
Certificates/Security Clearances/Other
Your "Landing" will be smooth if you meet the following requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field. Minimum five (5) years of experience leading and managing information technology projects; Or equivalent education and years of experience Develop comprehensive project requirements based on business environment requirements and analysis. PMI Project Management Professional preferred Certified Scrum master or other Agile certifications preferred Must possess and maintain a valid Ohio driver's license, in good standing Able to pass a pre-employment drug test, which includes testing for marijuana (medical marijuana cards are not acceptable)
