Hours - Tuesday-Saturday 9am-5pm or 10am-6pm Group: Remote Operations Group: Data Center Services

Key Responsibilities: •Assist in the restoration of filesprofiles and mailboxes using backup applications NetBackup, Avamar, Commvault •Willing to work in Data Center to facilitate tape movements for data restores. •Assist customers with file management, profile standards and e-mail organization •Profile and permission structure knowledge •Resolution and ticket handling awareness to align to SLA obtainment
