In this role, you will provide essential account support and services to achieve the department's objectives and goals, ensuring the overall satisfaction and development of our clients. You will work closely with Portfolio Managers on shared clients to maintain continuity of service between departments and identify potential business opportunities. In the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the base salary range for this position is $55,000 - $75,000.00 exclusive of bonuses and benefits. This position is also eligible for an annual team bonus. WEG hires employees and makes decisions about their salary qualifications based on factors such as: the role to be performed; educational and professional experience, qualifications, skills and credentials; tenure, cost-of-living and demand for the role in the applicable market. Demonstrate working knowledge of defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Apply retirement industry knowledge to work assignments. Expertise in compliance, administration, plan design, investments, fiduciary support, governance, and employee education services. Client Relationship Management
Develop and establish strong relationships with clients, fiduciaries, and service providers (CPAs, actuaries, attorneys, financial advisors, 401(k) record-keepers). Act as primary contact for day-to-day service issues and inquiries for assigned clients. Service clients by resolving issues such as distributions, audit prep, billing, and eligibility. Maintain client records through internal systems. Business Development and Operations
Identify new business development opportunities and support the sales team. Produce effective marketing proposals for new and existing clients. Assist with the implementation of new clients and new lines of business. Ensure accurate billing and troubleshoot billing issues with the Finance Department. Achieve individual and team goals for service levels, growth, and retention. Prioritize activities and manage time to provide quality client service. Produce, analyze, and distribute regular reporting to achieve goals. Education/Qualifications
Bachelor's or advanced degree and at least 3 years' experience working with retirement plans. Working knowledge of retirement regulations (ERISA, DOL, etc.) Demonstrated ability to perform in a fast-paced service environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to coordinate and manage multiple projects while ensuring timely and accurate client deliverables, with effective problem solving and resolution skills Strong analytical and problem resolution skills. Sound business judgment in determining what issues need to be prioritized or elevated to appropriate level of authority. Pension or investment designations helpful, but not required Ability to use different software systems including but not limited to, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce and Envestnet Ability to navigate different retirement provider websites Ability to travel up to 10% IND123 #LI-NR1 #LI -Onsite
