Overview of Responsibilities:

As an attorney specializing in personal injury matters, you will manage a diverse caseload while leading a dedicated team of paralegals and case managers to ensure timelyprocessing and strict adherence to all legal deadlines. Chief Responsibilities :

Medical case review. Negotiating and settling cases in the pre-litigation stage or litigation stages. Review policies, claims and other records. Experience/Requirements:
