E&M Technologies, Inc. is currently seeking a MID Counterintelligence TSCM Instructor to join our team in Fort Washington, MD in support of the United States Army Counterintelligence Command (ACIC). The ideal candidate will be an experienced CI Specialist with a deep understanding of supporting the development and implementation of TSCM curriculum activities that promote the training development of TCIS students.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the annual reviews of Training Task Inventories (TTI) for TCIS training.
Assist in the evaluation of student progress in the instructional program by means that include the maintaining of up-to-date student data.
Support the management of materials, supplies and equipment which are necessary to carry out the TCIS mission.
Support the accountability, serviceability, and security of sensitive items of equipment.
Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to U.S. operations and interests.
Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies.
Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes, relevant to the various human intelligence and technical intelligence operations under DoD authorities.
Update the Senior Instructor, Course Manager and TCIS Director on training activities, personnel training/certification processes, equipment, fiscal, personnel and logistical aspects and requirements of training.
Instruct courses in assigned area(s) and monitor, evaluate, and assist other instructors.
Conduct necessary research, observation, and liaison with TCI SMEs to ensure that the course curriculum mirrors current techniques, tactics, and procedures used by operational elements in the field.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
High school diploma with at least 12 years of relevant experience; OR Associate's Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor's Degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience; OR Master's Degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Relevant experience within the past two years.
Minimum of 4 years of experience as a TSCM Agent.
Must have experience with AR 381-12 (Threat Awareness and Reporting Program); AR 381-20 (US Army Counterintelligence); AR 381-10 (US Intelligence); and DoDI 5240.23 (CI Activities in Cyberspace).
Must have completed a service TSCM training program.
Must have completed a service-related instructor training program or have 2 years instructor experience.
Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent.
Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI security clearance.

Experience participating in and effectively contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
Demonstrated ability to be innovative and to work independently.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Former credentialed CI Agent with operational assignments in multiple geographic COCOM's.
