Job Description
Job Description Provides all aspects of office coverage: telephone reception; set up Medicaid transportation; order supplies as needed; handles front desk interactions with patients. Enters data and prepares summary statistical reports on such matters as service recording form entries, admissions and discharges, OASAS data transmission, and other matters in a timely manner. Assists with patient scheduling and developing intake information on patients both on the phone and in person. Responsible for billing, filing, admissions and discharges. Assists with E-Time. Spanish speaking preferred Pay: $45-50k
