Description
Deliver programming and other member services that meets the needs of the community and fulfill YMCA objectives. Coordinates use of facilities for program activities and events. Ensures proper maintenance and upkeep of all Ozarks facilities. Implements and ensures a high level of standards and safety in all programs and activities. Handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Proper completion of documentation where required. In all things be sure to keep the guests experience at the forefront of every duty completed. Oversee general appearance of all store and crafts locations. Perform any and all secretarial duties deemed necessary. Completes all items on daily checklists set by the Retail supervisory team. Completes guest sign ups with 100% accuracy, both in person and over the phone. Balances the shift activity and enters daily shift information while balancing the cash drawer . Assists with store inventory Performs all other duties as assigned.

Requirements
Missouri Class E Driver's License (or equivalent) is preferred. 18 years of age preferred. Minimum 1 year as camp staff preferred. Completion of or willing to obtain YMCA program-specific certifications. Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community. Able to maintain positive working relationships with all support services at Y of the Ozarks.
Full Compensation Package (when applicable):
