Position Overview: Join a dynamic team as a Senior EIM Operations Analyst, responsible for managing control area interchange, transmission service requests, and Western Energy Imbalance Market operations.
Key Responsibilities: Complete comprehensive EIM Operations Analyst training program Manage transmission interchange functions including e-tags and checkout processes Administer OASIS and handle transmission service requests Maintain situational awareness and communication with Balancing Authority Support Energy Imbalance Market operations Monitor system performance and provide operational insights Requirements: Associate degree or equivalent trade school certification Previous electric operations experience preferred Ability to obtain and maintain NERC certification (RC or BIT level) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication abilities Computer proficiency Benefits: Comprehensive relocation package Paid training period with housing reimbursement Competitive salary with NERC certification bonus (non-exempt hourly) Modified DuPont shift schedule Professional development opportunities Work Schedule: 12.5-hour rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays in a CIP-compliant environment
