Act as the day-to-day construction manager for assigned projects, reporting the Senior Resident Engineer. Understand the Contract and assist the Senior Resident Engineer in using its clauses to administer and enforce policy necessary to complete projects. Advise Senior Resident Engineer of contractor disputes and help use the administrative process to resolve.
