Position Overview As a Senior Accountant, you’ll play an important role in our dynamic team, reporting directly to the General Accounting Manager and driving key finance and accounting functions at the Accounting Center. Reporting to the CFO, the ideal candidate will manage day-to-day accounting for a real estate portfolio, focusing on multifamily entities. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing the opportunity to work closely with senior management and gain valuable experience. Daily responsibilities will include : Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including A/P review, cash management, and wire transfers. Lead monthly GL close process and prepare work papers, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Generate monthly reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders. Manage cash flow projections to meet operational and investor needs. Collaborate with the real estate team to develop and maintain annual budgets.
