Pendleton Treatment Center is an adult outpatient opioid treatment program/substance abuse treatment provider focused on treating those suffering from an addiction to opioids (pain pills, heroin, morphine, etc.) through a combination of Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) with either methadone or buprenorphine/suboxone, detoxification, and intensive one-on-one and group counseling, all in an outpatient setting. Our goal is to partner with each individual we serve to develop a personalized treatment program that leads them to live a healthy, productive, addiction free life. Our treatment center hours: M-F 5AM-1PM and rotating Sat 6AM-11AM.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsible for administering and dispensing the proper dose of methadone or buprenorphine medication to each client per order given by the prescribing licensed independent practitioner.
Maintain accurate client dosing records as well as daily reconciliation and accountability of medication inventory as required by company policy and DEA regulations.
Assist in screening of clients and keeps in close contact with appropriate team members regarding client's progress.
Understand and complies with client boundaries and confidentiality.
Qualifications and Skills
Licensed as an RN or LPN in the state in which work is performed CPR certification Current driver's license Meet state requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program We follow guidelines regarding prohibited substances, even those legal at the state level. Experience and understanding of chemical addiction is preferable.
