Soliant has teamed up with a school district to seek out an exceptionally talented and dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team for the 2024-2025 school year. Conduct prehensive behavioral assessments to identify needs, strengths, and goals of students. Design and implement behavior intervention plans based on functional behavior assessments. Collaborate with families, faculty, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and monitor individualized treatment plans. Collect and analyze data to evaluate progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
MUST hold a valid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Master's degree or higher in Education, Special Education, or a related field.
