Job Description Job Description Office Manager Our client, in the retail/ecommerce space, is seeking an Office Manager to join their team in Bergen County, NJ. The ideal candidate is highly organized, reliable, and has great communication skills. Responsibilities Greet employees, guests, and vendors with professional enthusiasm. Ensure office is stocked with supplies, snacks, coffee, etc. Fielding customer inquiries via phone, e-mail, fax, and providing product, pricing, and shipping information to clients. Liaise with vendors and building management on all communications while maintaining relationships. Assist with organizing company events and meetings. Develop and implement office policies and procedures to enhance workflow. Additional duties and projects as needed. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in office management or a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software(s). Bachelor's degree preferred. Outstanding time management and organizational skills. Proactive approach to getting things done, keeping spaces tidy, and upholding excellence. Excellent communication skills. Solution driven problem-solving abilities. Ability to exercise judgment and prioritize workflows.
