What Our Client Needs: Our client is looking for an Education and Training Specialist to oversee detailed tasks for education and training offerings, including virtual and physical classroom courses, live webinars, and eLearning modules. You will manage the LMS media library, serve as the primary virtual classroom producer for live offerings, handle the Training Inbox, and support live delivery sessions. Additionally, you will schedule courses, prepare materials, track activity using weekly reports, and assist with other duties as assigned.

You are adept at juggling multiple responsibilities and adhering to deadlines while ensuring accuracy and quality in your work.
What Youll Do:
LMS System Administration: Manage the day-to-day operations of the LMS, including user profiles, access, content library organization, and process audits. Troubleshoot and liaise with third-party LMS providers to resolve technical and functional issues. Virtual Classroom Producer: Set up virtual sessions using relevant tools and support live events to ensure audience engagement and smooth presentations. Training Email Box Management: Monitor and respond to inquiries within defined SLAs, escalating as needed. Documentation Support: Collaborate with SMEs to maintain and update training materials, proofreading content for grammatical errors and formatting. Classroom & Webinar Support: Coordinate logistics, prepare materials, and facilitate live webinar sessions. Measure instructional effectiveness and generate evaluation reports to assess training impact. Additional Support: Set up exams/assessments, track certificate training attendance, schedule delivery sessions, prepare materials, and issue Acclaim badges. Monitor badge expiration dates to ensure timely certificate extensions.
This position does not require travel and has no supervisory responsibilities.
What Youll Need:
Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent work experience 35 years of related experience in training and development Strong knowledge of learning management systems (e.g., Adobe Captivate Prime, Moodle, Cornerstone) Proficiency in Adobe Connect, Captivate, Articulate, or similar tools Expertise in Microsoft Excel, including formulas Experience in adult learning, education, or curriculum development ISD certification (preferred but not required) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric perspective Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively
