Assist with finishing of manufactured parts, including but not limited to cutting, sanding, deburring, and polishing. Utilize various grinding equipment such as flexible shaft grinders, pencil type grinders, cut-off wheels, and sanding wheels. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures. Perform basic daily maintenance or checks on equipment. Other duties as necessary. SKILLS And QUALIFICATIONS Ability to perform thorough unaided visual inspections on small parts. Working knowledge of manufacturing principles and basic shop math. High degree of manual dexterity while using grinding equipment. Ability to read and follow work orders, set up data sheets, and measurement instructions. Conduct thorough market research to identify vacant apartment units. Build and maintain a database of property owners, property managers, and vacant properties. Reach out to property owners and managers to establish relationships and present our services. Collaborate with our team to share leads and track progress. Stay informed about local real estate trends, including rental demand and availability.

Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of the real estate or rental market is a plus. Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, and outreach. Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone/computer for research and communication.
