This is a commission-only position designed for self-starters who excel at research, networking, and identifying opportunities in the rental market. Your role will be to locate vacant apartments and connect property owners with our services to fill these vacancies. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify vacant apartment units. Build and maintain a database of property owners, property managers, and vacant properties. Reach out to property owners and managers to establish relationships and present our services. Collaborate with our team to share leads and track progress. Stay informed about local real estate trends, including rental demand and availability.
Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Basic knowledge of the real estate or rental market is a plus. Comfortable with cold-calling, networking, and outreach. Access to reliable transportation and a smartphone/computer for research and communication.
