Job Description Job Description Description: We are seeking to fill an Enterprise Data and Analytics Manager for Coleto Brands at our Solon, OH location. This position is responsible for leading a team, working with cross-functional partners, senior leadership, and engaging customers to: support managing data governance and analytics with data stewards within the organization to achieve data consistency, quality, and protection to meet the enterprise needs partner with technology and business leaders and facilitate the implementation of tools and processes to establish visibility of data across the organization, leading a team to build data models and visualization to present findings, while maintaining data quality rules, enforcing data policies, standards, and practices across the organization work with key business partners and data stewards to understand their needs and translate data insights into actionable strategies
Duties and Responsibilities:
Define, develop, implement, support, and oversee data governance frameworks, policies, and standards ensuring compliance with regulatory and/or business requirements and established internal policies Establish and maintain data governance roadmap, metrics and KPIs to monitor data quality and data governance effectiveness across the enterprise Design and maintain data architecture including data warehouse and data models to optimize data storage and retrieval Manage data integration processes, combining data from various sources to create a unified view for analysis Lead data analysis initiatives, generating actionable insights, dashboards, and reports to support business decision-making across different levels of the organization Hire, manage, mentor a team of data analysts, data engineers/architects, and data stewards and ensure feedback and performance appraisals are conducted regularly and in accordance with organizational guidelines Oversee complex data projects, including prioritization, scoping, planning, data migration, data cleansing and data transformation (ETL processes) to meet critical deadlines and deliver accurate results Ensure and implement data security measures within organizational guidelines and compliance with data privacy regulations Partner and communicate effectively across departments, data stewards, business and IT stakeholders’ data governance objectives, policies, and practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs, communicate data insights, and address data related challenges Stay updated on emerging data analytics tools and technologies, recommending and implementing new solutions to enhance data analysis capabilities Provide support for internal and external financial audits. Perform other related duties necessary to conduct job objectives in an efficient and effective manner
Skills and Experience:
Strong proficiency in data warehousing technologies, data modeling and data visualization tools Strong analytical skills to identify patterns, trends, and actional insights based on data utilizing data analysis techniques (such as statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics) Knowledge in SQL, scripting languages such as Python or R, and JavaScript Deep understanding of data governance principles, data quality methodologies, data lifecycle management Excellent ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders, influence, and drive decision-making, as well as lead teams Knowledge of business processes and how data can be leveraged to meet financial, operational, and strategic goals Proven experience in data management roles, with experience managing large, complex, and diverse datasets from multiple data, including real-time streaming dataEight plus (8+) years of experience in data governance, data management or related field Five plus (5+) years of experience leading data analytics teams Three plus (3+) years of experience with cloud platforms such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Datasphere, S4/HANA (public cloud preferred), and BTP Bachelor’s degree in information management, data science, statistics, engineering, computer science, business administration or similar field of study or equivalent relevant work experience Travel requirements domestic 5%
Preferred:
Master’s degree in business administration (MBA) with a concentration in data analytics, data science or master’s degree in a related field Certified Data Management professional (CDMP) and/or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
