Collaborate with senior engineers to develop and implement recovery strategies. Conduct laboratory tests and experiments to validate recovery methods. Prepare detailed reports and presentations on findings and recommendations. Assist in the optimization of metallurgical processes to enhance efficiency and yield. Maintain accurate records of all research and analysis activities. Stay updated with the latest advancements in metallurgical engineering and recovery technologies.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with metallurgical testing methods and equipment is a plus.
