Job Overview: Maintenance Technician III The Maintenance Technician III is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining machinery and mechanical / electrical equipment such as motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, production machines, boilers, pumps, liquid fillers, packaging equipment, material handling equipment, bulk delivery equipment, and blending/mixing systems. This position will primarily focus on the utilities side of maintenance. Shift and Schedule: This is a full-time position available on 3rd shift working 10:00pm to 6:30am, Monday-Friday. Flexibility to work overtime, weekends and holidays as scheduled is required. Position Responsibilities Maintain a safe and healthy environment, demonstrating safe behaviors at all times . Focus on Good Manufacturing and Food Safety practices in all work. Analyze mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic or electrical problems and make repairs through adjustments, defective parts replacement, or fabrication. Wire moderately complex control circuits. Teach basic mechanical skills to line operators to support autonomous maintenance, TPM functions, equipment set-up and centerlining. Fabricate, repair, and install hangers and all types of piping including hot/cold water, steam, process and condensate, utilizing formulas for all phases. Ability to quickly learn to weld and machine metals, plastics, and composites. Fabricate or replicate minor pieces for the repair or replacement of parts on equipment. Complete size changeovers and troubleshoot liquid fillers and packaging equipment. Identify root causes of mechanical, electrical and control failures and resolve with effective problem-solving tools with minimal downtime or supervision. Troubleshoot and program minor changes in Allen Bradley PLC (SLC500, MicroLogix, CompactLogix and ControlLogix). Generate productivity and continuous improvement ideas. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about the quality of their work, experience with automotive titles and excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Process documents for state registration, follow the proper paperwork and ensure that tax and title documents are also completed

Process all payoffs, registrations for pre-owned vehicles, all license plate issuing and transfers and obtain all dealer titles

Send bills, contracts, warranties and service contracts to the appropriate agency, such as the department of motor vehicles

Check for completeness and signatures on all required parts of forms. Additionally, vehicle title clerks may check for accuracy of vehicle sale and purchase prices

Maintain a file of sales, prices, payments, warranties, service contracts and other pertinent information related to the sale or transfer of a vehicle

Maintain titles for inventory

Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV

Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent

MUST have Automotive Title experience

Highly organized and eagerness to improve

Willingness to take initiative

Computer literacy, quality writing and grammar skills

Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
