Job Description Job Description Description iBUYPOWER is looking for a self-driven, collaborative, and organized individual to join our e-Tail department as a Account Manager. The account manager is responsible for effectively building and maintaining relationships with our retail partners (Best Buy, Amazon, Costco, Walmart, MicroCenter, etc.). The candidate should have strong communication skills and strong background working with retail accounts. Key Responsibilities Experienced in managing key Retail accounts (Newegg, Best Buy, Amazon, Walmart, Costco, Micro Center) in electronics industry. Direct experience in managing Amazon Account is a huge plus. Build and maintain relationships with key e-tail/retail retail buyers. Ability to manage key account vendor portals and product portfolio from set-up to finish with key accounts. Responsible in hitting/growing key account revenues with strategy & conducting competitive market analysis. Plan and negotiate promotions and marketing campaigns with e-tail and retail channel partners. Work with cross-functional team to support retail daily operations. Manage/build customer relation with Retail buyers. Other duties as assigned.
Skills Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree or relative experience in Business related field or relative experience is a plus. 3+ years of experience in an sales account management role or related role. Background in consumer electronics and PC industry is strongly preferred. Knowledge of SEO, eCommerce, and online merchandising. Resourceful, organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail-oriented. Excellent written, verbal, & presentation communication skills.
