Job scope: · Enter new orders into system – attention to detail · Processing of orders for daily shipping and invoicing · Attend to customer’s inquiries on order status, product information on the phone and follow-through on customer’s requests · Update order status and tracking information on customer’s e-commerce portal · Knowledge of Word and Excel · Professional Phone skills - On-site in Bloomingdale, IL, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
