As a Landscape Estimator , you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping projects’ success across installation, maintenance, and snow divisions. What You’ll Do • Estimate with Confidence: Read and interpret drawings and specifications to create accurate, timely estimates. • Support Sales Success: Prepare proposals, drawings, and documentation to help the sales team shine. • Organize for Excellence: Set up job files with all the details—work orders, drawings, photos, permits, and more. • Collaborate Effectively: Work with sales, production, and finance teams to ensure projects run smoothly, from estimate to invoicing. • Analyze & Improve: Review job costs and production reports, making adjustments to ensure efficiency and accuracy. • Champion Processes: Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline estimating practices. • Drive Professional Growth: Assist with other team needs while contributing to our mission, goals, and success.
What We’re Looking For • 2 or 4-year degree in landscaping, horticulture, construction, or a related field. • 2+ years of estimating experience in landscaping or a similar industry. • Field experience in landscaping, horticulture, or construction. • Proficient with construction practices, interpreting plans, and performing takeoffs. • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). • Experience with Aspire or similar landscape industry software (preferred). • Industry certifications or a willingness to pursue them. • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability. • A valid driver’s license is required.
