As a Contracts Administrator , you will work closely with our legal team, finance leaders and operational teams to support all aspects of business contracts, business proposals and financial agreements.

Duties and Responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator:
Responsible for day-to-day contract logistics Ability to analyze contractual risk, negotiate contracts, and ensure contractual compliance Track and communicate status of contracts both internally and externally with clients Issue and maintain contracts and subcontracts Develop specialized contracts and amendments to accommodate diverse contractual relationships Streamline contract routing process and help implement contract management software and eSignature tools Work closely with project team to coordinate contract execution and ongoing tracking Manage relationships with industry partners Maintain contract summary database capturing material terms and conditions for project team members
Experience/ Qualifications of the Contracts Administrator:
Well versed in construction contracts, including AIA documents Experience with construction management software Ability to work in fast-paced, team environment Must be highly organized and detail-oriented
