Crate Builder Are you handy with tools and have a knack for carpentry? Join our team in Londonderry, New Hampshire, as our Crate Builder and play a crucial role in shipping our industrial equipment worldwide. You'll work independently and as part of a team to build and prepare crates and pallets, ensuring safe and timely deliveries. This high-volume position is particularly demanding at the end of each month as we push to get our products out the door to meet monthly targets. The role requires long hours on your feet, learning as you go, and adapting quickly to the dynamic manufacturing environment. We seek a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic who can thrive under pressure. This is a physical position that requires stamina, strength, and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods. What You'll Do as a Crate Builder:
Build and assemble crates and pallets using hand, power, and pneumatic tools Use our laser marking equipment, operate a radial arm drill and bandsaw, and participate in overall warehouse tasks Package and prepare our large industrial equipment for shipment Ensure materials are well-stocked and maintain a clean workspace Follow safety guidelines and complete essential safety training
What We're Looking For in our Next Crate Builder:
Basic carpentry skills and experience with power tools Ability to operate forklifts, cranes, and pallet jacks Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to lift 50+ pounds A team player with a strong work ethic who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Crate Builder Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1+ years of carpentry experience
