Job Description Job Description The Outbound Sales Representative seeks to increase sales of Kinetico products primarily through the Corporate Dealers Builders Program, and secondarily through the Rehash Program making calls to existing or potential new customers. This position will primarily focus on business growth within these segments. Compensation: Non-exempt hourly pay based on experience. OT and Performance Bonus eligible. Travel: 100% Local travel
Location: Canal Winchester, OH, Newbury, OH, Indianapolis, IN, Clare, MI
Key Responsibilities:
Primary owner and point of contact for the Kinetico preferred Builders program. Cultivates and maintains relationships with preferred Builder partners. Territory manager duties related to the Builders Program: previews of houses/developments, traveling to customer sites, closing sales. Utilizes in-home sales experience to effectively showcase Kinetico products and identify Builder customer needs. Informs customers of product lines and capabilities, and requests to prepare proposals. Primary owner and point of contact for the Kinetico Corporate Dealers Rehash program. Contact existing or potential customers by phone, and follow up as necessary to close sales. Proactively generates new business opportunities for Kinetico in the residential and commercial areas. Optimizes current customer accounts to ensure profitability. Identifies or develops additional revenue opportunities for category/product penetration within assigned accounts. Achieves and exceeds sales targets, demonstrating a result driven approach. Communicates regularly with internal team to be knowledgeable of real-time customer order statuses. Provides valuable feedback to enhance our product offerings and improve customer experience.

What you will need to succeed:
Education & Qualifications:
Required: High School Diploma / GED with 1-3 years of sales-related work experience. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree Valid drivers’ license and a clean driving record for occasional travel to meet with customers. Technical sales experience a plus. Self-motivated and adaptable to evolving market conditions. Ability to handle stressful situations and work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Strong computer skills. Knowledge of Salesforce or comparable CRM tool.
