To meet its growth demands, T&M is seeking Investigative Analysts for the Investigations and Consulting Division, located at T&M’s headquarters in midtown Manhattan. These positions are open to full-time and part-time employee candidates as well as to independent contractors and subcontractors.
Full-time employees will be offered benefits which include medical, dental, vision and paid time-off with salaries in the range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year. Part-time employees will earn $35.00 to $50.00 per hour, independent contractors and subcontractors with ten (10) or more years of experience, will earn $100.00 to $150.00 per hour. All stated annual and hourly salaries are commensurate with education and job-related experience. Note: There are some Investigative Analyst positions for part-time employees, independent contractors and subcontractors, which may be fully remote. Our Investigative Analyst team members work alongside career professionals who are former members of federal, state, and local law enforcement with extensive backgrounds in executive protection, security consulting and threat analysis. Position Responsibilities
Excellent internet research skills and writing abilities to discreetly handle a wide variety of investigative cases using open source, due diligence, and proprietary database research. The resolve to follow through on investigative threads and the ability to recognize dead ends and change direction as needed. Research with social media postings, media articles, state and federal court records, SEC filings, property records, and corporation paperwork. The ability to summarize findings in concise well-written reports for clients. Knowledge of Boolean and string searches, experience in proprietary databases, FCRA compliance, journalism, and legal training is a plus.
Qualifications and Skills
4-year college degree. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professional demeanor and appearance. Ability to work in a team environment.
