The Credit Manager will be responsible for daily collection on accounts in addition to Managing the Credit Department. Job Skills & Requirements:
Research and evaluate clients’ creditworthiness Approve or reject loan requests, based on credibility and potential revenues and losses Monitor payments Maintain records of loan applications Follow up with clients to ensure customers are current with their Accounts Receivables Develop, review, and update our company’s credit policies Create credit scoring models to predict risks Ensure all lending procedures comply with regulations Manage the application of daily cash Reconcile AR accounts & customer accounts Provide analysis of customer accounts
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a Credit Manager with a strong collection and cash management background. Hands-on experience with accounting software Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to create and process financial spreadsheets Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables Prior knowledge working with D & B credit reports (a plus) Ability to see the big picture and work with other departments to resolve issues Strong Interpersonal and communication skills Must work well under pressure, ability to multi-task and work in a team environment Must be able to work on-site in Roselle, Illinois Bachelor’s in Accounting, Economics, Finance or relevant work experience We participate in E-Verify.
