What We’re Looking For: Santé is seeking a a PRN Mobile Crisis Specialist (in office) to join our frontline crisis intervention team in Elkton MD. As a Mobile Crisis Specialist, you will assess, evaluate, and perform crisis intervention techniques, develop treatment plans for clients in the community, and serve as the liaison for collaboration with involved parties, including families and community partners.
What You’ll Do:
Perform on-scene assessments, diagnostic impressions, and treatment plans upon entry to community situations. Effectively perform crisis intervention, including de-escalation, crisis planning, and implementation. Design appropriate referral recommendations using available community resources. Partner with police, first responders, and other community agencies when needed. Complete documentation in an accurate and thorough manner.
What We Require:
Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field of study (MSW, MA, MS) and two (2) years related experience. Current licensure in the state of Maryland LMSW, LGPC, LCSW-C, LCPC Valid driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance.
