Identify and target high-value new logo opportunities through strategic market analysis, lead generation, and outreach to key decision-makers. Build and foster relationships with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives at prospective organizations, positioning EquiLend as a trusted partner and strategic advisor. Develop and execute robust sales strategies and go-to-market plans to achieve aggressive revenue and growth targets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Conduct tailored product presentations and solution demonstrations to senior-level prospects, articulating how our offerings address their unique challenges and create measurable value. Own the end-to-end sales process, including pipeline management, contract negotiations, and successful handoffs to Account Management and Client Success teams. Leverage tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Tableau to optimize prospecting, track progress, and generate actionable insights. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor movements, leveraging intelligence to refine your sales strategies and prioritize high-impact opportunities. Provide valuable client feedback to internal teams, influencing product development and go-to-market strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Represent EquiLend at industry conferences and events, building networks, enhancing visibility, and uncovering new business development opportunities. Ensure compliance with industry standards, including regulatory requirements such as FINRA SIE, S7, and S63 licensing in North America (supported by the company).
Required Skills
6+ years of commercial sales experience, with a proven history of driving new business and delivering strong revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, delivering measurable results in highly competitive environments. Exceptional skills in engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and C-level executives, with the ability to build trust and secure high-value partnerships. Strong negotiation and contracting expertise, with a focus on managing complex legal and procurement processes. Excellent analytical capabilities, with a track record of leveraging market data and competitive insights to inform and adapt sales strategies. Proficiency with CRM platforms like Salesforce and sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator to streamline processes and maximize efficiency. Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to diverse audiences and articulate value propositions effectively. Experience representing organizations at high-profile industry events, with a natural ability to network and identify opportunities for business growth. A proactive, self-starter mentality, with a passion for closing deals, exceeding targets, and driving success in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Range: The annual total compensation range for this position is $200,000 - $230,000, comprising of base salary and variable performance related pay. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and interview performance.
