Job Description Job Description LHH is assisting our client with their search for a Leasing Coordinator to join their organization in Columbus, OH. The Leasing Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing housing opportunities and promoting positive public relations by delivering exceptional customer service. This position ensures the accuracy and confidentiality of property, tenant, and client records, and supports various leasing and occupancy tasks. Responsibilities:
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of property, tenant, and client records, and maintain document retention initiatives.
Handle leasing and occupancy tasks, including initial lease-up, annual rent adjustments, and move-in/move-out support.
Maintain residential data across platforms and process rent changes, coordinating with relevant parties.
Provide administrative support for residential operations and assist with tenant and provider inquiries.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of working knowledge of leasing functions in residential property management.
Strong organizational skills to maintain records for multiple entities.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, tenants, prospective tenants, owners, and vendors.
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow multi-step processes and adapt to changing needs.
