Qualifications While we prefer to hire candidates who at least have a high school diploma and are of age 21 or older, we will consider some high school/college applicants for this position. Customer Service experience preferred, but not required. Reliable and dependable, and able to work 6-8 hour shifts. Be available to work at least one Saturday and/or Sunday shift per week, as these are our busiest days. Be excited and willing to learn new techniques through paid training. Adaptable to learning/performing multiple roles in reception, retail and concierge services. Team player with a positive attitude. Reliable, punctual and personable.
