Essential Responsibilities Machine Operations: Safely load and unload raw materials into CNC machinery, address machine malfunctions, and follow ISO and safety protocols. Machining Tasks: Perform operations such as turning, drilling, and milling to meet part specifications. Take accurate measurements, replace worn tools, and adhere to quality assurance standards. Inspection and Maintenance: Use precision gauges to ensure part quality, document findings, and perform unassisted tool wear offsets. Use hand tools for deburring and maintain equipment as needed. Skills and Requirements Ability to manage workloads across multiple CNC machines. Perform routine cleaning and light maintenance of equipment. Recognize and properly use tools, inserts, and work holding. Make machine adjustments and tool wear offsets independently. Interpret quality requirements and meet tolerance standards. Contribute to continuous improvement and lean initiatives. Qualifications Prior CNC machining experience or relevant training preferred. Proficiency with precision gauges and tools. Ability to lift 40 pounds, stand, bend, and reach for long periods. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Work Environment Work in a production setting with industrial equipment and conditions including noise, vibrations, chemicals, and temperature variations. Must perform essential duties with or without accommodations.
