Confer with the RN Supervisor regarding needed changes in the Plan of Treatment. Accept verbal orders from physician were permitted by state law/regulations/Nurse Practice Act and communicate these orders to the RN Supervisor. Utilize a systematic, individualized goal/outcome driven approach in implementing the nursing plan of care. Maintain contact with patients, physicians, clinical manager(s), other members of the healthcare team in a timely manner regarding patient/family needs and status changes. Participate in care coordination activities and discharge planning as appropriate. Maintain the highest standards of professional conduct in relation to information that is confidential in nature. Share information only when the recipient's right to access is clearly established and the sharing of such information is dearly in the best interests of the patient. Appropriately communicate to ensure adherence to professional standards in the provision of and availability of supplies, materials and equipment needed to safely and effectively implement the plan of care. Prepare, submit and maintain documentation as required by the Company and/or facility. Visit/shift notes documented on day services are rendered. Use your skills to make an impact Required Experience/Skills: Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program or accredited School of Vocational Nursing. Current nursing license in the practicing state. Valid drivers license, auto insurance and reliable transportation. Current CPR certification. Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting. Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Pay Range The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. Job Description Job Description ESTIMATION ENGINEER Salary: $75,000 to $110,000 Estimation engineers perform various functions which primarily involve providing detailed estimates for a project based on the construction drawings, specifications, and scope of work. They are also responsible for the communication of bids and scope of work to PM, supervisors, and contractors/subcontractor in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. The core tasks, duties, and responsibilities that typically make up the estimation engineer job description are listed below: 

Responsible for providing complete quantity take-off, analysis, and estimate, and studies for all deliverables involved in the assigned scope 

Identify design and constructability issues and analysis to determine constructability 

Define more cost-efficient alternatives to the proposed scope of project 

Act as a connection between subcontractors, design team (engineers, consultants), and client 

Responsible for preparing and assembling bids and proposals for various contract types 

Determine required but non indicated scope through the analysis of site conditions and all contract documents (plans specifications, etc.) 

Collaborate with operations staff and other estimators to ensure that General Conditions and Requirement items are appropriately captured in the estimate 

Perform assessment on subcontractor proposals to ascertain if scope is covered and also manage the risk of scope gaps 

Computer skills: It is also important that applicants for the estimation engineer role have proficient skills with Microsoft office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 

Communication and interpersonal skills: In executing their job, estimation engineers communicate with various stakeholders and also act as interface with the project owners, contractors, project managers, etc. Therefore, it is important that applicants have great communication and relationship building skills 

Analytical Skills: It is important for estimation engineers to analyze preliminary data, historical data, construction sites, and deliverables, etc., to determine the scope of work and project estimate. It is important that they have exceptional analytical skills to utilize every piece of information they need and arrive at valid estimates for a project 
