Job Description Job Description Luminize is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will play a key role in driving new business growth by generating and qualifying leads for the sales team. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Research target companies, decision-makers, and industry trends to identify high-potential leads. Execute outbound outreach through phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage prospective clients. Identify client challenges and effectively position Luminize’s unique solutions. Outreach & Engagement: Create and execute personalized messaging strategies for targeted outreach. Develop email sequences and LinkedIn campaigns to schedule introductory meetings. CRM & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of outreach activities, lead status, and follow-up actions in HubSpot. Analyze outreach performance and refine messaging strategies based on results. Collaboration & Team Support: Partner with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach approaches. Share insights from prospecting efforts to help refine overall sales and marketing strategies. Candidate Attributes: Amazon Knowledge: Familiarity with FBA, Seller Central, Vendor Central, advertising strategies, compliance, and brand protection. Hunter Mentality: Passionate about outbound prospecting and driving new opportunities. Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving appointment-setting and lead-generation targets. Skilled Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages. Data-Driven: Uses metrics to assess performance and improve outreach strategies. Team Player: Works collaboratively and is open to feedback to enhance performance. Ideal Candidate Requirements: Experience: 1–3 years in business development, sales, or lead generation, preferably in marketing, e-commerce, or Amazon services. CRM Expertise: Proficiency with CRM platforms, ideally HubSpot. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for outreach and client engagement. Research Skills: Ability to identify and connect with decision-makers effectively. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred but not required). Compensation & Benefits
