Job Description Marine Travelift Inc., in Sturgeon Bay, WI is excited to be adding a Full Time Inside Sales member to our Parts & CustomerCare team. As part of the leading boat handling equipment manufacturer, the CustomerCare team is responsible for providing parts & service for domestic and international customers and distributors. This position is typically 40-45 hours/week. Qualified candidates should have experience in sales and customer support together with a mechanical aptitude.

Job Responsibilities

Assist customers in developing solutions to meet their needs Process parts orders received from customers via web site, e-mail, and phone Fulfill customer requests for parts and service quotes & coordinate delivery to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction Develop inside parts sales and follow up on quotations previously submitted Obtain updated pricing and lead times from suppliers to ensure accurate and on-time delivery All other duties and responsibilities that are assigned

Job Qualifications

Associates degree in Business (or related field) or equivalent work experience Previous experience with negotiating preferred Sales in a manufacturing environment strongly desired Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, & Word Detail oriented with good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills with ability to multitask
