JOB SUMMARY: The Sustainability Intern will support the Director of Sustainability for North America in various aspects of ESG reporting and local initiatives. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the Group's sustainability goals while gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic and impactful role. The intern will assist in reporting, tracking metrics, and implementing local projects in alignment with L’OCCITANE Group’s global sustainability strategy. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Sustainability Reporting Support: •
Assist in collecting, organizing, and consolidating sustainability data for North America. •
Contribute to regular updates on sustainability KPIs and metrics, such as energy use, waste reduction, and carbon footprint. Local Sustainability Initiatives: •
Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Supply Chain and Human Resources on local sustainability projects, including community partnerships, employee engagement programs, and operational improvements. Communication & Awareness: •
Help develop educational materials and campaigns to engage employees and raise awareness about sustainability efforts. •
Create presentations, visuals, and reports for internal and external stakeholders. REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: •
Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Sustainability, Environmental Science, Business, Finance, or a related field). EXPERIENCE: •
Prior internship in a similar field SKILLS: •
Strong analytical and organizational skills. •
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint. •
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. •
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. •
