Description: In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Quality Supervisor. This position focuses on ensuring the product quality and disposition of Advanced Optics parts and materials, reviewing and releasing product and material documentation, and acting as a liaison between the Plant and key stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with other functions within the organization, such as Engineering, Operations, and Procurement, to drive an improved customer experience with our products. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Ensure product quality and compliance with established requirements. Disposition production events related to part and material non-conformances. Monitor and track key performance metrics consistent with job responsibilities. Support Plant Safety programs to help maintain a safe working environment. Meet department requirements for safety, quality, and cost. Identify root causes of issues and propose corrective actions. Drive simplification and continuous improvement initiatives. Perform administrative tasks related to production events, ensuring progress and completion. Assist with other Quality processes such as RMA, Auditing, and CAPA as needed. Requirements: Required Qualifications:
