Job Description Job Description LBM Journal, an established, national business-to-business media company, has an opening for an Administrative Specialist. For this new position, we are seeking a highly adaptable, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy individual who can manage a wide variety of tasks while utilizing basic technical knowledge. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, able to thrive in a dynamic environment, and demonstrate a willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities as needed. This role requires someone who can effectively handle multiple functions, work across departments, and support the team wherever necessary. Ideal candidate will have the following skills:
Basic proficiency in HTML, CSS, and website management tools.
Strong computer literacy, including knowledge of office productivity software (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn new software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with team members.
A problem-solving mindset and willingness to tackle new challenges as they arise.
Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress).
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing.
