About Us : ShipLogiq and BlueTime Inc. are sister companies operating as one unified entity dedicated to providing innovative logistics, e-commerce solutions, and third-party logistics (3PL) services. With ambitious growth plans and a focus on operational excellence, we are seeking a dynamic COO to lead and transform our operations across both businesses.

Role Overview : The Director of Operations will shadow the current COO, for 3-6 months to gain deep insight into the business, its operations, and its culture. This role demands a hands-on, high-energy leader who will oversee and streamline our logistics, operations, and 3PL infrastructure. The successful candidate will serve as the right-hand to the COO, taking charge of day-to-day operations, driving efficiency, and spearheading strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Strategy : Eventually transition into COO role, providing strategic oversight for both ShipLogiq and BlueTime Inc. 3PL Management : Oversee the operations and expansion of 3PL services, and ensuring seamless operations. Operational Excellence : Manage end-to-end logistics, operations, and e-commerce processes to drive growth and efficiency. Infrastructure Oversight : Ensure all clients benefit from a robust 3PL infrastructure, addressing their logistics needs effectively.
