We are seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk who will be working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and accuracy are crucial.
Responsibilities: • Managing the processing and reconciliation of Accounts Payable (AP) • Performing regular check runs in a timely and efficient manner • Ensuring accurate coding of invoices and comprehensive data entry • Maintaining up-to-date and accurate customer credit records • Handling customer inquiries and resolving any issues that arise • Regularly monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel • Overseeing the processing of invoices in a precise manner • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation • Solid experience with Accounts Payable (AP) • Ability to perform Check Runs efficiently • Skilled in Coding Invoices • Excellent Data Entry capabilities • Experience in Invoice Processing • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel
