Excellent research abilities to gather relevant information efficiently. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders. Proficient in editing documents for clarity, consistency, and overall quality. If you have strong understanding of clinical terminology and healthcare practices. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex clinical information into accessible and persuasive proposals. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously you have the qualifications needed for this role.

This position involves provisioning, configuring, operating, and maintaining system hardware, software, and related infrastructure systems. The Network and Systems Administrator will implement processes and tools to enhance the infrastructure environment while adhering to organizational values and standards. This is a fully remote role with on-call responsibilities, and preference will be given to candidates within 5 hours of Columbus, Ohio. Responsibilities: Install, configure, and maintain servers, applications, and necessary infrastructure. Perform system upgrades and patches, including firmware, operating systems, and applications (primary focus of the role). Ensure security standards and practices are implemented and maintained within the infrastructure environment (primary focus of the role). Configure and monitor system backups and recovery processes. Proactively monitor system health and address issues promptly. Administer and support the following environments: Windows server environments Virtual server environments (e.g., VMware) Nimble Storage Data networks

Support help desk personnel with escalated end-user issues. Develop and maintain security and network configurations, troubleshooting performance issues as needed. Document technical configurations and adhere to organizational standards. Essentials: 2-3 years of experience in a technically diverse environment. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows server environments, including Active Directory and Group Policy management. Experience installing patches across network and server environments. Familiarity with Red Hat or other Linux server environments. Experience managing Office 365 and supporting VMware or similar virtualization platforms. Working knowledge of web servers, LAN/WAN principles, and MS SQL Server clusters. Hands-on experience managing firewalls and enterprise storage solutions. Desired: Microsoft certifications and SCCM experience. Experience with vulnerability management/scanning tools, such as Tenable. Security certifications or PCI experience. Experience with VEEAM backup solutions. Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science or MIS) preferred; certifications and relevant experience may substitute.
