We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to support our attorneys in managing a high-volume and fast-paced practice. The successful candidate will reliably support our attorneys in Administrative, Orphans’ Court and Civil Litigation, and will be expected to provide flexible administrative support as situations dictate.
The position is a crucial role in the litigation process, and requires strong organization, time and deadline management, and attention to detail. The position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth.

Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as subpoenas, pleadings, motions, and briefs in Administrative Appeals before the Department of Human Services, and general litigation before County Civil/Orphans’ Court Divisions. Filing necessary court documents via mail/electronic filing methods. Process incoming and outgoing paper and electronic correspondence, pleadings and financial records to ensure deadlines are docketed and met. Organize and maintain paper/digital case files and docketing systems. Assist attorneys with external communications and scheduling of meetings and court dates. Assist attorneys in trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and other trial documents. Requirements: Preferred minimum of 1-3 years of experience a paralegal or similar role within a legal context (strong academic/professional qualifications will also considered). Familiarity with electronic filing systems and e-discovery processes. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. Ability to multi-task and work within deadlines. Ability to navigate a fast-paced professional services environment and prioritize and adapt to changing workload demands. Must be well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills and maintain a positive attitude. The ability to think strategically, anticipate work needs, and find solutions to overcome obstacles independently.
