Project Management:
Set up and maintain projects in the project management system Oversee task management and prioritization Create and maintain schedules Coordinate and facilitate meetings in person and via Teams or Zoom Manage the gathering and organization of work requests
Collaboration and Communication:
Interface with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow Communicate effectively with engineers and technical teams
System and Process Management:
Monitor subscriber email systems and handle customer service requests Monitor various systems to ensure optimal performance Design and improve processes to enhance efficiency Contribute to the design and structure of systems and databases
Data Analysis and Business Intelligence:
Perform data analysis to drive automation and create business intelligence systems Organize and structure databases for optimal use Conduct business analysis using tools like Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Agile Process and Reporting:
Collect and document bug reports from internal users to ensure swift resolution Assist with sprint planning and Agile process coordination Generate and present results reports to stakeholders Leverage AI tools to streamline processes and analyze results effectively ABOUT YOU: Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a plus Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in a similar role Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Salesforce Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Python, and other technologies is a plus Experience with data visualization and BI tools A track record of process improvement and workflow optimization Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Solutions and results-focused approach
WHAT WE OFFER:
